Reading FC are interested in signing former Watford striker Andre Gray following his release from Vicarage Road.
The 30-year-old spent last year on loan with Queens Park Rangers where he scored 10 goals as they missed out on the play-offs.
Prolific at Football League level, Gray notched 20 in 52 at Brentford and 33 in 78 at Burnley before making a reported £17m switch to Hertfordshire in 2017.
According to FootyInsiders, the Wolverhampton-born forward is wanted by Championship trio Birmingham City, Cardiff City and the Royals.
He will be a free agent in the summer, ending his five year stint with the Hornets.

This comes the same day as star man Lucas Joao is linked with a move away from the SCL Stadium to join one of five rumoured interested parties, including Nottingham Forest and Norwich City.
He scored a late goal for Mark Warburton's side against Reading in September which made it 3-2, with Stefan Johansen levelling the scores 10 minutes later in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
