Reading have been linked with a bid to bring left-back Baba Rahman back to Berkshire on another temporary basis.
Rahman played 29 league matches for the Royals on loan from Chelsea last season as he made the full-back spot his own, but he has since returned to the Blues with one year left on his contract.
The 27-year-old Ghana international joined the Blues from Augsburg in 2015 but played less than 20 matches before departing on six loan spells across Europe, most recently Reading.

According to ghanasoccernet.com, Paul Ince's side are in competition with Championship rivals Middlesbrough, former club Augsburg and Greek side PAOK for the 44-capped African international.
There were rumours of a move to Turkish giants Galatasaray but these have since been quashed by the player.

Reading currently have no first team full backs on the books and would hope to be higher up the pecking order after building a strong rapport with Royals supporters last season.
However, next year will prove challenging, and a chance higher up the table on Teeside, or in either the Bundelsiga or Greek Super League, may prove more attractive.
Fellow Ghanaian Andy Yiadom is also out of contract with the club, although he is said to have been offered a deal to stay at the club.
He was awarded Player of the Season as the team remained in the Championship but has attracted interest from a host of divisional rivals.
