A body has been found in the search for a missing man from Reading.
Suchhem Gurung, aged 28, was last seen on Tuesday, June 7.
Thames Valley Police had previously appealed to find Suchhem, saying he was last seen at around 1pm on Tuesday, June 7 in the Overdown Road area of Reading, wearing black trousers, a black jacket with a chef’s white top.
Suchhem's family have been made aware and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
Police are not treating his death as suspicious.
Superintendent Zahid Aziz, based Newbury police station, said: “Sadly following searches we have found the body of a man that we believe to be Succhem.
“His family have been informed and are being offered support.
“Thank you to Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue who assisted with the searches and to the public who shared our appeal.”
A search was carried out by Thames Valley Police and Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue a body was found last night on June 8.
