FAMILIES enjoyed a great day out at a special car show in Reading.
The Berkshire Motor Show, which took place at Prospect Park on Sunday, July 3, welcomed car clubs, bike clubs, trucks and more to raise vital funds for charity.
This year the show raised money for the Flint House Police Rehabilitation in Goring.
The show has previously supported other charities including Bucket List Wishes, Medical Detection Dogs, Help for Heroes, Starlight, Launchpad, Cancer Research, Lung Foundation and more.
The Berkshire Motor Show ran from 10.15am to 6.30pm and provided lots of entertainment, including fun fair rides, for families to enjoy.
The event also put on a dog show which includes categories for the Best Child Handler, Best Condition, Most Handsome Dog, Best Trick and others.
Organiser Steph Awbery has received many awards for her commitment to the community and charities
She won a Community Champion Award back in 2014 for her outstanding service to the RG7 community.
She said the event was a "fantastic" day.
"It was a lot busier than it has been before, thousands of people showed up," she said.
"I'd like to thank everybody for having a stand there on the day and for supporting the event."
