Black Sheep Coffee are set to open their doors at the former Café Nero in Queen Victoria Street, Reading.
The Grade II listed building will be the second Berkshire location to host the international chain café after Windsor.
Renovation of the inside is reaching completion, with an opening date set for July 26.

A spokesperson for the company said: “Reading was an obvious next step for us at Black Sheep Coffee, with a base of loyal customers asking us to open in town for years.
“We are excited to bring our signature Robusta house espresso to the high street and open our second site in Berkshire in the coming weeks.”
The café will sell coffees, smoothies, cakes and pastries, waffles and bagels.
