Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City do not enter yet as they are in European competitions, but the Royals will be in Group E with Spurs, the Saints and the Reds and Greens.
Each play eachother once, with exact dates and venues not decided upon.
Reading came second in their group last time out, last progressing into the knock-out phase in 2020.
Manchester City are the defending champions, beating Chelsea 3-1 at Wimbledon in front of more than 8,000 fans.
This season is expected to see boosted crowds for the women's game after the Lionesses won Euro 2022 in front of more than 85,000 at Wembley Stadium.
Kelly Chambers' Reading have already seen an increase in season ticket sales over more than 100 per cent, wth extra blocks of the stadium open.
