Rock band The Amazons will play a free intimate gig at Oxfam Music in Reading tonight (August 18).
The acoustic set begins at 6pm and comes after the band released ‘How will I Know If Heaven Will Find Me?’ earlier this month.
Posting on their official Twitter page, the band said: “This Oxfam Music store gave me one of my first jobs.

“I volunteered here on weekdays, listened to hundreds of albums and met alot of characters, all as obsessed about music as I was.
“Come hang, buy a record or two and hear some new songs.”
The Amazons usually play much bigger venues, such as Reading and Leeds Festival in 2019, with three 02 gigs in Bristol, Leeds and Birmingham lined up as part of a huge UK tour in September and October.
