A number of Reading pubs will be streaming the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II on Monday, September 19, while others will be closed for the event
Representatives from all over the world will be joined at Westminster Abbey by 200 people in the UK recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Residents of Reading will be able to watch the ceremony in several pubs, raise a glass in others, while more still will be closed.

“We will have no entertainment or celebratory events taking place throughout the day, it is a day we are taking to remember Her Majesty,” posted the pub on Facebook.
