A man has died after being hit by a train in Newbury yesterday (September 19).
Paramedics rushed to the scene after reports of a casualty on the tracks at 6.30am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
Rail lines between Reading and Newbury were closed on Monday following the incident.
