Former Reading goalkeeper coach James Bittner has joined League One outfit Cheltenham Town.
Arriving in Berkshire in 2018, originally to work with the Academy, he spent three years with the first-team before departing in the summer.
Moving to Gloucestershire, he will be working with the first-team shot stoppers, including on-loan star Luke Southwood.
Making his way into the Royals first team with Bittner, the Northern Ireland international is on a season-long deal at Whaddon Road.
Playing 25 times last season, the Academy graduate fell out of favour under then interim boss Paul Ince and was allowed to join the Robins in the transfer window.
Part of a backroom shake up under Wade Elliott, Thomas Carter also arrives as the new first team analyst.
