Norwich City boss Paul Ince admits he was surprised it took Royals boss Paul Ince eight years to get back into management.
The Canaries travel to Berkshire tomorrow, with both sides riding high in the table and looking to hit the summit of the Championship with a win.

On the back of a four game winning run, the Norkfolk side will be looking for an immediate return to the Premier League, while Ince and Reading continue to focus on maintaining second tier status and avoid the drop, despite a brilliant start.
This is Ince's, the former Manchester United and England star, first full-time management role for eight years- taking over in the summer after a four month interim spell after Veljko Paunovic was sacked.
Previously with a strong pedigree, winning promotion and the EFL Trophy with MK Dons and becoming the first black British manager in the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers, he had been without a job since 2014.
Speaking to the press ahead of their clash, former Aston Villa manager Dean Smith was full of praise for Ince.
"I'm probably surprised he's been out of the game so long before he came back in at Reading. I thought his record was really good. He started at Macclesfield and MK Dons and worked his way up to Blackburn as well. I've got a lot of respect for him.
"I'm never surprised to see anybody up there at the top end of the Championship. Look at last year with teams like Luton and Huddersfield. Reading have won the same amount of games as us. So we're obviously aware of their threats."
