A driver has been left with broken ribs after a man beat them with a golf club.
An altercation broke out between two drivers on A339 near the Robin Hood Roundabout, Newbury, when the driver of a black Vauxhall Astra attacked the driver of a black Ford Focus.
The victim received multiple broken ribs following the incident, which occurred at 11.45am on October 8, and required hospital treatment but has since been discharged.

The offender is described as a white man wearing a black Adidas tracksuit.
Investigating officer PC Matthew Hall, based at Newbury Police Station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed this incident or have CCTV or dash-cam footage in the area, to please get in touch.
