Burglars have targeted five streets in a Reading neighbourhood during a few days, police have warned.
Offenders are using the cover of night to try and gain entry via front doors.
While some attempts have failed, a TV, wallet and car keys have been stolen.

Criminals tried and failed to enter homes in Western Elms Avenue, Beecham Road and Windrush Way.
But in Argyle Street, a burglar entered a building via a front window and stole multiple possessions including a TV between 1pm and 10pm yesterday (October 23).

Another offender broke into a property by unknown means in Circuit Lane, before stealing a wallet and car keys.
