Be At One is set to reopen its Reading bar a week today following a £300,000 refurb.

Pedestrians in Gun Street may have seen construction crews installing LED walls and ceilings, neon signs and karaoke booths.

The new features will be open to the public on November 3 followed by a relaunch party on November 5.

The bar had been closed for more than a month while renovations took place, but now it will return with a gold and silver makeover.

VIP booths for private hire will be available as well as cocktail masterclasses.

If you don’t fancy making your own drink, Be At One Reading will showcase its 100-cocktail menu, with the return of its best-selling Pornstar Martini.

They promise bar-tenders will make custom creations should customers ask for them.

Happy Hour offers two-for-one cocktails until 7pm weekday.

Be At One opens 4pm to 1am Sunday to Wednesday, with later closing times on Thursday (2am) and Friday (3am).

The bar is open from 3pm to 3am on Saturdays.
