A man raped a woman in the disabled toilets at a shopping centre near Reading, according to police.
Thames valley police said the incident occurred at Parkway Shopping Centre in Newbury on November 16 at 5pm.
A 23-year-old man from Newbury has been arrested on suspicion of rape in connection with the incident and has been released on bail.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Peter Brooks, based at Newbury police station, said: “We are carrying out an investigation following this incident.
“We have arrested a man on suspicion of rape, and at this time we are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.

“We are carrying out a number of enquiries and we believe that a possible witness, who we think is a man, may have been in the vicinity of the toilets at around the time this incident happened.
