A TWEET from a former Reading defender has gone viral on social media as he filmed himself throwing his ex-girlfriend's belongings out of a top-floor window.
Greg Halford, 38, who cost the club a record fee of over £2m in 2007, took to Twitter to share footage of him clearing out his ex-girlfriend's shoes.
The video shows an open window on the top floor with several boxes scattered across the front lawn.

Now playing for non-league Hashtag United, the Essex-born former England Under-20 international featured for the likes of Nottingham Forest, Colchester United and Watford in a 20-year career.
He appeared just three times for the Royals before being sold on, at a profit, to Premier League Sunderland.
Famed for his long throw, he spent more than a decade in the top two divisions of the game.
The video has been viewed over four million times on Twitter.
