A 40-YEAR-OLD man will be brought before a judge at Reading Crown court over the robbery of a bank near Reading.
Shaun Atkins, aged 40, of no fixed abode, appeared at Reading Magistrates Court on January 19 following his arrest the day before.
He was charged with one count of robbery in connection with the incident at Lloyds Bank in Crockhamwell Road on January 18.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on February 20.
A 30-year-old woman, from Woodley, was also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery and has been released under investigation.
