The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts.
December 7:
CLAIRE GARRETT, 36, of Mitre Place, Warfield, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause fear of or to provoke violence in Bracknell on July 17, 2022. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
Must also pay £85 court costs and £26 victim surcharge.
JAMES CHIPPING, 36, Mitre Place, Warfield, admitted assault by beating in Bracknell on July 17, 2022. Given a conditional discharge for six months. Must also pay £85 court costs and £26 victim surcharge.
SHAKIL AHMED, 42, of Ripley Road, Tilehurst, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements of a court order on September 23, 2022. Fined £40. Also ordered to pay £385 court costs.
ANDREW OSMENT, 39, Westall Street, Shinfield, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when asked by authorities in Reading on October 8, 2022.
Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and 160 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £95 court costs and £114 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 30 months.
SAFFRON TUTIN, 23, of Church Street, Windsor, admitted destroying or damaging a window and door frame in Windsor on November 4, 2021.
Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and made subject of a restraining order.
Must also pay £200 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.
