The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts.

December 13:

JACK HILLIER, 42, of Bearwood Road, Reading, admitted drink driving in Hatch Farm Way, Winnersh, on November 25, 2022. Found to have 54mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £32 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

VASIL KARABOBOV, 33, of Beaconsfield Way, Earley, admitted drink driving in Prince of Wales Avenue in Reading, on November 26, 2022. Found to have 84mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £48 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 22 months.

RALPH JEFFREY, 53, of Gordon Road, Surrey, convicted of drink driving in Wellington Road, Sandhurst, on November 25, 2022. Found to have 87mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £48 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 22 months.

SEAN GOSLING, 33, of Rainbow Park, Wokingham, convicted failing to provide a specimen for analysis when asked by police in Maidenhead on February 13, 2022. Made subject of a community order to comply with 200 hours of unpaid work and rehabilitation activity. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

December 14:

EDWIN SANDY, 44, of Banburgh Close, Reading, convicted of failing to comply with notification requirements of a court order. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £34 victim’s surcharge.

MOHAMMED REHMAN, 19, of Bowyer Drive, Slough, admitted possession of a folding pocket knife which was three inches in length in Kings Road, Reading, on December 13, 2022. Sentenced to six months in prison as defendant ‘has a flagrant disregard for court orders’.

December 15:

KEEREN BROOKER, 35, of Brayford Road, Reading, convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or to provoke violence in Reading on December 23, 2021. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £300 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

SAMEE ULLAH, 33, of Howth Drive, Woodley, admitted criminal damage to a Mercedes in Slough on February 13, 2022. Also admitted assault by beating in Slough on February 13, 2022. Made subject to a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity. Fined £4,000. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

HARRY HOAD, 18, of Howth Drive, Woodley, admitted criminal damage to a wall in Slough worth £975 on March 13, 2022, and admitted criminal damage to a phone charge in Slough on March 8. Admitted criminal damage to a vehicle in Slough on March 9, 2022. Given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

SCOTT HARRIS, 38, of Fernbank Place, Ascot, convicted of driving a vehicle in Bracknell without the correct vehicle licence on June 21, 2022. Also admitted dangerous driving in Ascot on June 21, 2022 in Burleigh Lane. Fined £950. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also ordered to pay £400 victim surcharge and £500 court costs.

DONELLA BALE, 61, of Woolhampton Way, Bracknell, convicted of drink driving in Horndean Road, Bracknell on July 27, 2022. Found to have 57mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay £630 court costs and £124 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
