A MAN has been fined after being caught driving while not wearing a seatbelt.
Omar Imtiaz, 29, of Derwent Road, Thatcham, was caught on July 8 last year driving in Lancashire without a seatbelt.
He was caught on Colne Road and sentenced at Lancashire Magistrates Court last month.

The drive was given a £220 fine with an additional £88 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs.
The total fine of £398 has to be paid by Tuesday, February 28.
Drivers could be fined up to £500 for not wearing a seatbelt, according to the Government website.
There are a few exceptions including when a driver is reversing.
