A DRIVER caught using his mobile phone has been fined almost £400.
Junaid Muni, 32, of Byron Road, Earley, was found guilty of using his mobile phone while driving on July 8 last year.
He was caught on Colne Road in Brierfield and was sentenced at Lancashire Magistrates Court last month.

For using his phone, he was fined £220 with an additional £88 victim surcharge and £90 in court costs.
His driving license has also been endorsed with a total of six points but he has not been disqualified.
The total fine of £398 has be to paid by Monday, February 27.
