The firm behind Cadbury Dairy Milk is looking for a chocolate taster in Reading to help shape the future of snacking.
Mondelez International is hiring someone to join Reading Science Centre based at Reading University's Whiteknights Campus on Pepper Lane.
One of the world's largest confectionary producers, the brand is behind fan favourites such as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, Toblerone and Oreo.
The role, posted on Google Jobs, is looking for someone who will taste, describe and provide feedback on Mondelēz products.
Applicants must be able to use a "clearly defined vocabulary" and the company highlights the need for workers to be "consistent", "objective" and "honest".
There are elements of collaborative working and any applicant will be provided with full training to "help you develop your taste buds".
Ideal candidates are described as having:
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge
- A passion for food/beverages and to use your taste buds for detection
- Honesty when it comes to giving opinions
- Eager to try new, inventive products
- A communicative personality to build great relationships with your panel
- A firm grasp of the native language spoken in each individual location
The job is currently advertised as a part-time position, to work eight hours per week Monday to Thursday 3pm to 5pm.
