Two Reading takeaways have received new food hygiene ratings.
Regulator The Food Standards Agency visits 'high-risk' establishments every six months and 'low-risk' businesses at least every five years.
This week Turkish Grill located on Milestone Way Precinct, Caversham was given a four-out-of-five rating.
The kebab shop was rated 'good' for management of food safety, cleanliness and condition of facilities.
However, they received a 'generally satisfactory' rating for hygienic food handling.
Also receiving a new rating this week is Tops Pizza on 10 Wokingham Road, Reading.
The pizza takeaway store was handed a three-out-of-five rating.
Inspectors deemed the management of food safety, cleanliness and condition of facilities and buildings 'generally satisfactory'.

Both restaurants were inspected on January 19.
