The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts:

January 16:

LUCY CAIRD, 34, of Goring Lane, Reading, admitted drink driving in Basingstoke Road, Reading, on August 7. Found to have 52mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg of alcohol. Fined £180. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £72 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BOBBY FERRIS, 33, of Trumbull Road, Bracknell, convicted of stealing meat products worth £167.75 from BP Wokingham Road on November 27, 2022. Also stole meat products worth £110.25 from the same shop on November 29, and stole bottles of spirits worth £100 also from BP Wokingham on November 21. Stole gin and prosecco worth £83 from the same shop on November 18. Made subject to a community order to comply with rehabilitation activity and subject to an electronic monitoring tag. 

January 17:

STEPHEN AGGREY, 63, of Aldborough Spur, Slough, admitted criminal damage to a prison cell in Maidenhead on January 16. Also admitted outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by being naked in Slough job centre and defecating on a sofa within the centre on January 16. Admitted racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment in Maidenhead on October 28, 2021. Sentenced to 14 weeks in prison due to ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’ and previous convictions. Also ordered to pay £172 court costs.

VERITY BENNETT, 32, of Cobham Drive, Wokingham, convicted of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment in Reading on May 12, 2022. Fined £180. Also ordered to pay £300 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

KYLE ASH, 20, of Kentons Lane, Windsor, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment in Windsor on January 17, 2022. Fined £70 and made subject to a criminal behaviour order. Also ordered to pay £300 court costs.

January 18:

JAKE LESTER, 38, of Merton Road South, Reading, convicted of speeding over the 40mph limit on the A33 Northbound Reading, on May 24, 2022. Found to be driving at 69mph. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

ADRIAN CORNISH, 36, of Grove Road, Newbury, convicted of driving in public without due care and attention in Charnham Street, Hungerford, on July 4, 2022. Fined £266 and six points added to driving licence. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs.
