Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash at Reading Oracle car park.
A dark blue salon vehicle appeared to have crashed on the ground floor of the shopping centre's Riverside car park this evening.
The incident happened at around 6pm on Tuesday (March 7) with an ambulance in attendance.
One lane of the car park's exit was closed off as two security guards ushered departing motorists into the left-hand lane.
The vehicle's airbags had been deployed.
One security guard at the scene said he couldn't comment on what happened.
