A JUDGE has mistakenly called a defendant 'Dr Penis' in court.
Retired GP Stephen Cox, 62, is currently on trial accused of indecently assaulting his patients between 1990 and 1997.
At a hearing at Reading Crown Court today, Judge Sarah Campbell appeared to accidentally refer to Cox as a 'Dr Penis' when she was summarising the evidence heard throughout the almost three week trial.

The judge quickly apologised and continued to summarise the evidence.
Cox, now of Marton, Welshpool in Shropshire, has been charged with eight counts of indecent assault on seven different women.
He worked at Ralph Rides Surgery in Bracknell, now known as the Waterfield Practice, more than two decades ago. He denies the allegations.
