Floral tributes have been left at the scene of a house fire in Reading which claimed the lives of two people.
A week on from the tragedy a fundraiser page has been set up to raise money in the name of the victims as dozens of bouquets of flowers have been left at the scene.
Fire crews attended an address on Erleigh Road at around 1am on Wednesday, April 5, when a blaze had trapped a family.
Two people have sadley died since the fire and three people remain in a critical condition at hospital.
The deceased have been named by the community as Naseem Khalid and Mohammed Hussain.
Tributes have been paid via Reading Pakistani Community Centre's Facebook with dozens paying their respects following on from the tragedy.
A fundraiser on SKT Welfare's site has been set up in the pairs names.
The fundraiser states: "As we have all heard, a huge tragedy struck the family of Haji Khalid this week.
"It is with great sadness that his wife, Naseem Khalid, and father, Mohammed Hussain had sadly passed away.
"This page has been set up to raise money towards water hand pumps across Pakistan. Each water pump costs £150.
"Our aim is to build at least 30 water pumps with your donations as Sadkah Jariyah in their names."
Sadaqah Jariyah in Islam is the form of ongoing charity, whether this charity is given on behalf of a deceased love one or to those in need.
So far £1,810 has been raised of the £5,000 target.
