A ‘DRUNK’ clubgoer has admitted to harassing a security guard outside Popworld in Reading.
Ahtif Chowdhary was being kicked out of the club in Friar Street on November 20 last year when the incident happened.
The 50-year-old is said to have shouted homophobic slurs at the security guard, Tom Williams, before spitting and harassing a police officer who had come to to arrest him.

Prosecuting Chowdhary at Reading Magistrates’ Court today (April 19), Alastair Yapp said: “The defendant is said to have shouted, ‘You’re a f*****’ and ‘f****** f*****’.
“PC Brown went to Popworld to arrest the defendant. It’s said he continued to be abusive and used the term, ‘F*** you, f*** your mum, suck your dad’s d***, I hope you die b****’.”
He also spat at the officer.
The court heard Chowdhary has 12 previous convictions for 15 offences between 2009 to 2018.
Defending Chowdhary, Phil Martin said he was ‘deeply embarrassed’ by what happened and explained he is a Muslim man who ‘rarely drinks’ which lead to the incident.
