A MAN has been found guilty of attacking and hospitalising a club security doorman in Reading.
Wayne Swaine was found guilty at Reading Magistrates Court on March 21 of assaulting security guard Jonathan Proctor outside The Purple Turtle Bar.
The incident happened on January 22 last year outside the nightclub in Gun Street. The 47-year-old assaulted Mr Proctor who suffered from a dislocated jaw and as a result was hospitalised.

Swaine, of Oak Avenue, Wokingham, was due to be sentenced for the offence today (April 19) at the same court but the sentencing powers were deemed insufficient.
As a result, Swaine will be sentenced at Reading Crown Court in the near future.
