POLICE are continuing the search of teenager who was reported missing on Sunday, April 30, who has connections with Reading.

Police believe the missing teenager could be heading to Reading.

Thames Valley Police shared the appeal for missing Cartel Bushnell, 15, today from colleagues over in Dorset Police.

Cartel Bushnell, aged 15, was reported missing on Sunday, April 30 having last been seen in the Manchester area, with enquiries indicating he had travelled to the Bournemouth area.

The enquiries conducted by Dorset Police suggest Cartel may have travelled to the Southall area of London and to Reading in Berkshire.

He is described as five feet nine inches tall and of slim build with dark brown wavy hair, which is either braided or tied back. He may be wearing a Nike tracksuit and bandana or beanie hat.

Inspector Jon Wasey, of Dorset Police’s Missing Person Support Team, said: “We are concerned for Cartel’s welfare and our enquiries to locate him remain ongoing, as we are keen to make sure that he is all right.

“The enquiries we have conducted indicate Cartel may have travelled to the Southall area of London and to Reading in Berkshire and I am appealing for anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please contact us.

“I would also like to again make a direct appeal to Cartel – if you see this, please make contact with us and let us know where you are as we just want to check that you are OK.”
