A MAN has been found guilty of failing to seek veterinary treatment for a dog with ongoing skin and ear conditions.
John Greedy, 20, was charged with one count of failing duty of person responsible for animal to ensure welfare on March 26 in Newbury.
He denied the offence but was found guilty after a trial of failing care for a dog, a female terrier named Romal.

Greedy, now of Broad Street Common, Cardiff, was fined £360 and an order was made for Greedy to be deprived of the dog.
There was a court cost of £775 and a victim surcharge of £80.
