He was convicted at Reading Magistrates Court on March 22 this year for the offences which occurred between November 22 last year and January 21.

Judge Sarah Campbell agreed to delay the sentencing due to some clarity needed on where Skinnier had sent or published the sexual photograph.

The court heard he had sent the sexual photograph without permission to the woman’s father to ‘show him what she’s like’.

However, it was heard that Skinner may have also published the photograph on Snapchat or Facebook stories making it live for 24 hours.

Prosecutor Lily Hayes said due to the stories disappearing it is unclear whether this was included in the count.

Judge Campbell agreed to adjourn the case for the Crown to investigate.
