Police have found a missing boy two days after he went missing.
On Friday, July 7, Thames Valley Police were notified of a teenager who had been reported missing from Winnersh.
Kaylum, aged 12, was last seen at 3:46pm on July 7, wearing a grey tracksuit and Nike trainers, and was carrying a small bag.
He was thought to be frequenting Reading.
Inspector Dave Keenan said: “We are concerned for Kaylum’s welfare and subsequently a Recovery Order under Section 50 of the Children Act has been authorised by the court. Under this order it is an offence to intentionally obstruct the removal of Kaylum to his guardian.
“I would like to appeal to anyone with information, who knows of Kaylum’s whereabouts or has possibly seen him to please contact the force.
“You can do so by calling us on the emergency number 999, or by reporting this via our dedicated missing persons’ portal, quoting reference number 43230300803.”
Kaylum was found "safely" this morning (July 9).
