The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts.

JADE RUSSELL, 34, of Oxford Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to stealing three coats from John Lewis in Broad Street to the value of £840 on February 1 this year. She wads jailed for 14 days.

DARYL MOLLOY, 31, of Middle Close, Newbury, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without insurance on February 9 last year. He was fined £400 and six penalty points were added to his licence. There was a £120 victim surcharge of £85 in court costs.

LUIZ FREIRE, 32, of Radstock Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance on September 8 last year. He was given 60 hours of unpaid work and disqualified from driving for six months. There was also a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.

IZMIR SHEHI, 23, of HMP Maidstone, pleaded guilty to possession of a device in prison capable of transmitting or receiving images and messages. An order was made for the device to be forfeited and destroyed and he was jailed for 50 weeks.

ALEX OFORI, 42, of Christchurch Road, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and without a licence on March 3 last year. He was fined £162 and disqualified for six months. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

AGNIJA CIMOSKA, 42, of Bridlington Spur, Slough, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analyse under the Road Traffic Act 1988 on July 12 last year. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months and fined £180. There was also court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £72.

LIEM SHARP, 23, of Bedfordshire Way, Woodley, pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress by suing threatening, abusive of insulting words or behaviours on July 23 last year. He was given a community order to pay a £150 fine and complete 25 days of rehabilitation activity. There was also court costs of £600.

KEVIN CAMPBELL, 43, of Gainsborough Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to drug driving on June 10 last year in Reading as well as driving without insurance and without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for one year and fined £175. There was also court costs of £00 and a victim surcharge of £34.

AIDAN WHITE, 23, of Clewer New Town, Windsor, was found guilty of damaging property in Windsor on July 7 last year. He was given a period of conditional discharge of 18 months as well court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

EMMA HOGAN, 32, of Belmont Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud by false representation. The details are that on October 21 she attempted to purchase £23.70 of goods on a credit card belonging to someone else, this occurred a second time to the value of £29.16, and a third time to the value of £35.50. She was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and to complete 10 rehabilitation days. There were no orders for costs.
