Reading's best and worst rated GP surgeries according to patients have been revealed in the latest 2023 survey.
The GP Patient Survey are sent out every year to measure patients experiences across a range of topics, including making an appointment, access to online services and overall service received.
Over the last few years, the local and national averages have dropped significantly as services are evaluated.
Pembroke Surgery was named the best surgery in Reading, with overall satisfaction from patients at 90.36%. between 2022 and 2023.
Emmer Green surgery, Long Barn Lane surgery and Tilehurst Surgery Partnership received approval rates of above 80 percent overall.
However, at the other end of the table, the South Reading & Shinfield Group Medical Practice only received a satisfaction rating of 39.19 percent. This is significantly below the local average.

54.79 percent: Tilehurst Village Surgery - 92 Westwood Rd, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG31 5PP
59.53 percent: Milman & Kennet Surgery - Milman Road Health Centre, 1St Floor, 50 Milman Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 0AR
63.64 percent: Chatham Street Surgery - The Surgery, 121 Chatham Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7JE
