The following cases were heard at Reading or Slough Magistrates’ Courts.

KIERAN LONG, 25, of Ferard Corner, Warfield, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to drink driving on February 19 this year in Wokingham with namely 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without insurance, driving whilst unfit to drive and driving without a licence. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified for 24 months reduced by 24 weeks. There was also a fine of £120 and court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
LIAM THEOBALD, 21, of Readwin Crescent, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to drink driving on February 19 in Bracknell with namely 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £326 and disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks for a course. There was also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £130.
TANYA LAVERICK, 20, of Holly House, Reeds Hill, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to be drunk and disorderly in a public place in Station Road, Wokingham. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months as well as court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
STEPHEN WILLIAMS, 52, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to damaging property in Wokingham on August 21 last year as well as possession of a Class B drug, common assault on August 21 last year in Woodley, and assault by beating on August 20 in Woodley. He was given a 10-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation and was made subject to a restraining order.
ALEX TOLEY, 37, of Pine Ridge, Newbury, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle and failing to allow a specimen of blood to be analysed on October 30, 2022. He was also caught driving without third party insurance. He was fined £433 and disqualified from driving for six months. His licence was also endorsed with 10 penalty points.
AARON LINDLEY, 28, of Penzance Spur, Slough, pleaded guilty to assault by beating on September 16 last year in Burnham. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid as well as to pay £75 in compensation. There was also court costs of £85.
CAMERON TINTO, 18, of Higher Alham, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to receiving dishonestly received stolen goods on December 18, 2021. He was referred to the youth offender panel for nine months. There was no order for costs.
CATHLEEN BYRON, 52, of Waverley Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis on February 1 this year in Lower Earley. He was fined £500 and disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks. There also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
SONNOR TODD, 49, of no fixed abode, indicated guilty to town counts of breaching an interim violent offender order in Reading. They were jailed for 56 days, suspended for 12 months. There was no order for costs.
