A WOMAN has been found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering to two dogs in Reading.
Toni McNamee-Boyd, 20, of Parkside Road, Reading, was found guilty after a trial at Reading Magistrates Court on July 13.
She was charged with ‘causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal’ between September 16 and September 30 last year.

McNamee-Boyd failed to investigate or address the cause of two dogs’ poor bodily condition and weight loss.
The dogs were a cream male Sharpei known as Bruce and a brown male Staffordshire Bull Terrier type dog known as Tino.
She will now be sentenced at the same court on August 16.
