AN investigation is taking place into the death of a woman who sadly died following a catheter infection.
Kathleen White sadly died on May 26 at the age of 93 at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
At an inquest at Berkshire Coroners Court, it was heard that Ms White had been admitted after sustaining a fracture from a fall.

A catheter was inserted during her stay and she developed an infection associated with the catheterisation.
Coroner Alison McCormick said due to the catheter-related infection, an inquest is necessary to determine the cause of death.
The incident is still under investigation but an inquest will be listed at a later date.
