A MAN was put in handcuffs outside of a court building in Reading by several police officers.
The incident outside Reading Magistrates Court in Castle Street on Tuesday (September 5) at about 12pm.
A man, wearing a grey tracksuit and grey trainers, was seen being put in handcuffs by three police officers.

Also present was a street warden wearing a red vest.
The man appeared to be threatening the officers who were holding his arms behind his back and giving him warnings.
It is unknown if the man was arrested and if so, what for.
Thames Valley Police have been unable to find the incident logged in their system.
