A MAN has been fined over £200 after being caught speeding.
Stephen McGuinness, of Farmiloe Close, Reading, was caught on July 7 this year speeding in Cardiff.
The 68-year-old was recorded driving 53mph on the A470 Northern Avenue, exceeding the 30mph speed limit.

At Cardiff Magistrates Court on October 5, McGuiness pleaded guilty and was fined £253 for the offence.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £101 and court costs of £90.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points but there was no disqualification.
The total amount to pay is £444 by next month.
