A RAPE trial has been postponed for over a month due to administrative issues.
Tobi Sonubi was due to stand trial at Reading Crown Court on Monday (October 30) after being charged with one count of rape which is alleged to have occurred in Thatcham on June 3 this year.
The 22-year-old has also been charged with one count of intentional strangulation, one count of sexual assault and two counts of assaulting a female over 13 by penetration.

However, the trial was unable to go ahead due to time being needed to transcribe recorded video interviews as well further consideration needed over forensic evidence.
Sonubi, The Nightingales, Newbury, will remain remanded in custody until December 4 when the four-day trial is due to start.
