A MAN is due to appear in court after being charged in connection with numerous burglaries and a theft in Reading.
On Saturday (October 28), Michel Collins, 33, was charged with two counts of burglary other than a dwelling; two counts of attempted burglary dwelling; one count of burglary dwelling and theft; one count of burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal; one count of theft of a pedal cycle; one count of attempted burglary other than dwelling; and one count of attempted theft of a pedal cycle.

The charges relate to incidents across Reading between September 7 and October 21.
Collins, of Martin Close, Woodley, appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court over the weekend and was remanded into custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on November 27.
