May 12

JEFFERSON ROCHA, 50, of Fernley Court, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing on March 13 last year in Maidenhead. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by 16 weeks, and fined £373. There were also court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £37.

May 19

LUKASZ LIPIEC, 40, of Cumberland Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Northern Road on April 16 with 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

NAWAZ KHAN, 49, of Compton Court, Slough, pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 15 in Slough and using threatening, abusive words, and behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on the same day. He was fined £1,028 as well as ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were also court costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £548.

MARK WILLSON, 37, of Woodlands Avenue, Reading, pleaded guilty to possession of an extendable baton in Cheap Street on May 28 last year as well as a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of noxious liquid. He was given a community order to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 120 hours of unpaid work. There was also an order for the weapons to be forfeited and destroyed. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95.

JOSEPH OWUSU, 22, of Redvers Road, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to driving in Reading on December 23 last year without third-party insurance and without a licence. He was fined £266 and his driving record was endorsed with six penalty points. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £106.

RHYS NORMAN, 29, of Ingleton, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to damaging a wooden chair belonging to Thames Valley Police at Loddon Valley Police Station on April 4 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge of six months and fined £1. There was no order for costs.

PETRISOR-DANIEL MOACA, 22, of Eversley Road, Arborfield, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to drink driving on April 16 this year in Reading with 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on the A33 as well as exceeding the speeding limit of 40mph. He was disqualified from driving for one year, reduced by three months, and fined £173. There were also court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £69.

ANTONY PARKS, 38, of Holly Close, Highmoor Cross, pleaded guilty to exceeding the 40mph speed limit in London Road, Reading on October 26 last year. He was fined £80. There was no order for costs.

TODD LEADBITTER, 20, of Shurlock Road, Waltham St. Lawrence, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Reading on April 23 with 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £570. There were also court costs of £228 and a victim surcharge of £85.
