Thundery rain is expected to shower the county as a storm is moving in this morning.
The Met Office issued a Yellow warning for thunderstorm in the south of England today, November 14.
Squally, thundery rain is likely to push quickly east across Berkshire and London during the morning, the forecaster said.
There could also be hail.
The Yellow warning is in place from 5am until 3pm.
What to expect
There could be some damage to buildings and structures from lightning strikes or strong and gusty winds.
Drivers and passengers should keep an eye out for driving conditions affected by spray, standing water and/or hail and leading to longer journey times on the roads.
Delays to train services and air travel are possible.
Short-term power cuts could also happen during the storm.
