A MAN has been fined after being caught dropping a cigarette on the floor outside a Pret A Manger.
Curtis Rawlings, of Loundyes Close, Thatcham, was caught on April 11 this year dropping the cigarette on High Street, Ealing.
The 29-year-old was charged under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

At Ealing Magistrates Court on November 13, he wad found guilty and fined £220.
He was also order to pay court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £200.
The total amount to pay will be £508 by the end of the month.
