A masked man is being hunted by police following a robbery in Newbury.
The incident happened at approximately 2:15 am on Saturday, November 25 at the junction of Craven Road and Rockingham Road.
The victims were approached by a man wearing a black balaclava who threatened and demanded money from them.
Following the robbery, the offender then made off in the direction of Craven Road.
Investigating officer PC Piotr Pieczyski, based at Newbury police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who was in the area and witnessed this incident to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“You can do so by making a report online or by calling 101, quoting reference 43230530136.”
The robber was described as a 6ft tall man with black clothes and a black balaclava.
Thames Valley Police added: “I would also be keen to hear from anybody who may have dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area. Please check this, and if you have any footage that could assist this investigation, you can submit this via our dedicated portal for this investigation.
“Alternatively, if you do not wish to talk directly to the police, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
