Reading’s Winter Wonderland attraction has been forced to change its opening times today (27/12) due to impending bad weather.
Located in Hill’s Meadow Car Park in Caversham, Winter Wonderland is normally scheduled to run between 11 am and 10 pm until January 7.
A post on their social media alerted members of the public that due to the impending storm which is predicted across the UK, the venue will be opening later this evening.
The company, Premier Winter Wonderland Events Ltd, said: “With the impending storm we have decided due to Health and Safety we will be opening at 4pm.
“All today’s tickets can be used later or a different day.”
Attractions that may be affected by weather include the giant Ferris wheel – described as the North Pole Observation Wheel.
