New government statistics have revealed the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Reading to live in.
These areas of Reading have been rated as being the least income deprived. Out of 97 neighbourhoods, 17 were in the 20 percent least income deprived in England.

Caversham
Properties in Caversham had an overall average price of £553,085 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Caversham during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £863,281.
Caversham Heights
Homes in Caversham Heights had an overall average price of £725,819 in 2023.
Detached properties sold for an average price of £958,280. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £635,204, with flats selling for £297,393.
Emmer Green
Properties in Emmer Green had an overall average price of £648,944 over this last year.
The majority of sales in Emmer Green during 2023 were detached properties, selling for an average price of £881,207.
Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £540,533, with flats fetching £325,591.
Lower Earley
Houses in Lower Earley had an overall average price of £490,016 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Lower Earley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £606,507.
