The Coconut Tree is giving Berkshire’s thriving community of talented creatives a stage this month.
The authentic Sri Lankan restaurant is proud to support a variety of local musicians with live shows every Thursday and Sunday at its Kings Road restaurant in Reading.
Artistry forms the bedrock of many cultures, and just as TCT is proud to share its Sri Lankan heritage, it is also thrilled to shine a spotlight on its local roots by supporting these emerging musicians.
Diners can expect a relaxed evening of local entertainment, with the full details as follows:
Jake Rees – Sunday February 11, 7:00 pm
Rosie Samaras – Thursday February 15, 7:30 pm
Devon Mayson – Sunday February 18, 7:00 pm
Andy Overton – Thursday February 22, 7:30 pm
Head of Ops and Co-Founder Rashintha Rodrigo comments, “We’re very proud to be able to showcase the talent of this local community. Artistry is the bedrock of many cultures.
"Just as we are proud to share our Sri Lankan heritage through food and hospitality at The Coconut Tree, we are also thrilled to shine a spotlight on our local roots here by supporting these emerging musicians.”
He adds, “We encourage our community to come along and share in our support. Enjoy a good meal and good time together while experiencing a great show.”
