A popular restaurant in Reading is opening its doors to some special guests.
This March a Golden Retriever Cafe is coming to the Revolucion de Cuba.
Following the super-successful Golden Retriever Cafe events in London, Birmingham and Manchester, POP+BARK is bringing the feel-good event to Reading.
POP+BARK will be taking over the entire bottom floor of the venue for an off-lead social experience for all Golden Retrievers and goldie-loving humans.
The event was thought up by POP+BARK creators Anushka and James, along with Bertie the Pug, who were featured on the latest season of BBC's Dragon's Den.
The event centres around "bringing together a community of dog lovers".
The event promises to be an event "packed full of festive fun, furry frolics and special memories for the whole family".
Guests are invited to bring their own dogs and experience the world's only Pupuccino Bar, where your Goldie can enjoy all sorts of dog-friendly toppings, from fresh blueberries to peanut butter sprinkles. They will also be serving freshly-baked Pupcakes, Dognuts, Jammy Doggers, Pawbons and more.
The restaurant will be transformed with doggy-sized furniture and fun props.
The event is open to all dog lovers, whether you have your own dog in tow or not, and offers a chance to meet up to 50 Golden Retrievers at one time.
Anushka said: “The Golden Retriever Cafe is a safe, off-lead experience where Golden Retrievers can roam, explore, and play with other Goldies."
The event will take place on March 10.
